Fishergate Guest House is located in the heart of the City of Preston in Lancashire. We are just round the corner from Preston Railway station, around 2 minutes by foot. 

Preston is the administrative, commercial, industrial and cultural centre of Lancashire. The University brings to city over 15,000 students.

Preston has an excellent connection with the motorway network via M55, M6, M61 and also the M65 to the east.

The main west coast inter-city rail line running through the town allows direct acces to London and Glasgow under three hours, there are international connections via Manchester and Blackpool airports, which can be reached in under one hour by road or rail transport.

Preston has a large selection of restaurants with international cusine, pubs, clubs, entertainment venues and night life. It has got wonderful places to visit such as: The Harris Museum and Art Gallery, Charter Theatre,  multi- screen Cinemas, leisure centres, golf clubs, Preston North End football club and many, many others. The dock area consists of an attractive Marina - entertainment, office, shopping and restaurant facilities.

Preston is ideally placed for trips to the Lake District, Blackpool Pleasure Beach and Tower, Southport, Liverpool and Manchester.
